My first contact with Rebirthing Breathwork, was truly transformative; an awakening experience that I will forever cherish.  I had the opportunity to dive deep into my past, processing childhood trauma, realising old patterns and limiting beliefs that had remained suppressed for years. This new found awareness marked a turning point, initiating positive changes in every aspect of my life.
Motivated by this realisation, I continued this practice, being on a journey of continuous self-discovery. Each subsequent session unraveled more layers of conditioned behaviour and emotions, re-connecting me to my true self.

Several months down the road, I realised that there was something profoundly significant about rebirthing breathwork that I needed to explore further. I decided to dive deeper into it by enrolling in a teacher’s training program.

Ever since and for the past 3 years, I am sharing this unique healing modality, holding the space and leading sessions, in Thailand and in Greece, supporting people on their own journey of self-discovery.
Rebirthing Breathwork is no longer just a practice for me; it has evolved into my passionate calling.

As a breathwork practitioner and a lead retreat facilitator, my mission is to support individuals on their journey of self-growth, self-awareness and self-healing, by introducing and sharing the remarkable benefits of this unique breathing practice.
